They are powerful, fast, handsome, and in most cases, quite luxurious. They come with either a fixed hardtop, a convertible top, or a one-piece removable roof panel, often referred to as a targa. Whether you dream of cruising the boulevard in a convertible with the top down or driving at high speeds around a racetrack, there is likely a luxury sports car that can fulfill your fantasy. In most cases, a car’s scores are based on its power and speed, the quality of its cabin materials, its ride comfort, its handling abilities, and even the sound of its engine. The best smaller convertibles tend to be sporty cars that feel decently strong, ride comfortably, and are generally fun to drive. On the other end are the muscle cars that tend to earn good reviews for power, acceleration, and handling, offering powertrains ranging from twin-turbocharged V6s to V10s.
